Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. All sales on the Nimbus Learning platform are final — we maintain a strict no-refund policy to ensure consistent service quality for all students.

No-Refund Policy

All payments made for Nimbus Learning courses, test series, or any service are strictly non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstance.

Nimbus Learning invests significantly in content creation, faculty fees, technology infrastructure, and platform maintenance. To sustain this investment and deliver consistent quality to all students, we maintain a firm no-refund policy.

  • All course purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other reason.
  • Partial refunds are not available under any circumstances.
  • No refund is issued if you fail to utilise the course content within the validity period.
  • Exam postponement, cancellation, or rescheduling by the conducting body does not entitle you to a refund.

Non-Transferability of Access

Course access, test series access, and any other service you purchase are strictly non-transferable. This means:

  • You cannot transfer your course access to another individual — not even a family member.
  • You cannot sell, gift, or sublicense your account or any course to another person.
  • Each purchase is tied to the registered account and cannot be reassigned.
  • Sharing login credentials with others is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension without refund.

Access & Validity

Upon successful payment, course access is granted immediately (or within 24 hours in rare technical cases). The following terms apply:

  • Course validity is as specified on the course purchase page (typically 12–18 months from the date of purchase).
  • Access is not paused or extended due to personal circumstances, internet issues, or device problems.
  • Once the validity period expires, access to that course is automatically revoked.
  • Content updates and additions during your validity period are included at no extra cost.
  • Nimbus Learning reserves the right to discontinue a course with 30 days' notice, in which case a pro-rated credit (not refund) may be offered at our discretion.

Technical Issues & Support

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your course, we are committed to resolving them promptly. Please do not raise a chargeback or payment dispute — contact our support team first:

  • Live chat: available on the Platform during business hours
  • For billing or access issues, always include your transaction ID and registered email address.
Technical issues are resolved free of charge. Raising an unjustified payment chargeback may result in account suspension and legal action under applicable laws.

Billing Disputes

In the rare event of a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), please follow this process:

  • Email info@nimbus.org.in with your transaction ID, bank statement screenshot, and a description of the issue.
  • All billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
  • If a duplicate charge is confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Do not initiate a chargeback with your bank without first exhausting this support process.

Q.Can I get a refund after purchasing a course?

No. All payments made for Nimbus Learning courses, test series, or any other service are strictly non-refundable. By completing your purchase you agree to this policy in full.

Q.What if I accidentally purchased the wrong course?

Contact our support team at info@nimbus.org.in within 24 hours of purchase. While we cannot issue a refund, we can review your case and may offer a one-time course transfer at our sole discretion.

Q.My payment was deducted but I didn't receive course access.

Write to info@nimbus.org.in with your transaction ID and payment screenshot. We will resolve access issues within 24 business hours. This is a technical issue — not a refund scenario.

Q.Can I transfer my course to a friend or family member?

No. Courses and all platform access are strictly non-transferable. Each purchase is tied to the registered account and cannot be reassigned to another individual.

Q.What happens if my exam is postponed or cancelled?

Course access and validity are not affected by changes in exam schedules. No refund or extension is provided in such cases — your content remains accessible as per your original purchase terms.

Q.I purchased a course but can't use it due to personal reasons.

We sympathise, but our no-refund policy applies regardless of personal circumstances. We recommend reviewing the course details and demo content before making a purchase.

Q.Is there a free trial before purchasing?

Yes — we offer free demo lectures for most courses. We strongly encourage you to watch the demo content and attend a free webinar before purchasing to ensure the course suits your needs.

Q.I'm having technical issues — will I get a refund?
