Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing a course, or using any feature of the Nimbus Learning platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, students, and users of the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor or a third party, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Nimbus Learning Platform — including but not limited to video lectures, PDF notes, study materials, question banks, mock test papers, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Nimbus Learning Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content without prior written consent.
• Screen recording, downloading, or capturing of any live or recorded session is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our content may result in civil and criminal penalties.
• The NIMBUS Learning name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the property of Nimbus Learning Pvt. Ltd.

Payments & Non-Refund Policy

All course fees and service charges are payable in full at the time of enrollment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All payments made for any course, test series, or service are strictly non-refundable.
• Course access is non-transferable — it cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
• Nimbus Learning is not responsible for any banking fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion costs.
• In case of a double-charge or erroneous transaction, contact support within 48 hours with your transaction ID.
• GST/taxes are included in the displayed course price unless otherwise stated.

Content Protection & Anti-Piracy

Nimbus Learning takes content piracy extremely seriously. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without notice or refund:

• Recording live classes, recorded sessions, or any platform content using any software or device.
• Sharing login credentials with others or allowing unauthorised individuals to access your account.
• Uploading, distributing, or selling Nimbus Learning content on any platform (including Telegram, YouTube, or torrent sites).
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions on content.
• Attempting to download or extract course materials through automated means.

Nimbus Learning reserves the right to pursue legal action under applicable copyright and IT laws for any act of piracy or content theft.

Account Usage & Security

When you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password).
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying Nimbus Learning immediately at info@nimbus.org.in of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Ensuring your account information (name, email, phone) is accurate and up to date.
• Not creating multiple accounts for the same individual — one account per student.

User Responsibilities

As a student and user of our Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes.
• Treat all faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect — any abusive, offensive, or disruptive behaviour may result in account termination.
• Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform's servers or infrastructure.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any connected systems.
• Not use the Platform to transmit any harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Content & Faculty Changes

Nimbus Learning reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Modify, update, or remove any course content, syllabus coverage, or study material at any time.
• Change assigned faculty or instructors for any course or live session without prior notice.
• Alter class schedules, batch timings, or the format of content delivery.
• Introduce new features, tools, or services, or discontinue existing ones.
• Temporarily suspend Platform access for maintenance, upgrades, or technical improvements.

Such changes do not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

• Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings.
• In case of a dispute, the user must first contact Nimbus Learning at info@nimbus.org.in with a written description of the issue.
• Nimbus Learning will endeavour to respond within 10 business days.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
